Both employees are bullies. I am 72 years old and am very polite. I was reading the ingredients on what I wanted to buy when this aggressive employee makes contact with my shoulder with his shoulder and raises his voice saying that I can't go through the inner door. I was trying to tell him that I was reading ingredients and eventually pointed three times at the ingredients. I had no intention of entering any inner door. He yelled over me that there was a sample inside. I tried to say over his loudness that a sample does not have any written information. In fact I once disposed of a 50 lb bag that I bought there because it had a lot of soybean oil in it. A jar of something does not state anything in writing. The female behind the counter that didn't feel comfortable telling a. 72 year old man her business name, further insulted me and said that she was "refusing me service" after I told her that at Sam’s and Pet Smart, they always let a person read the ingredients. Bad customer service. The Hispanic girl at the register is not friendly at all, no hello , no thank u for shopping with us....the guys too they need to be more friendly, if they are unhappy working move along so they can hire friendly staff. I hate leaving stores where we as customers spend so much money only to get bad attitudes from everyone there...who's the owner ? Who hires these people?? Train them right...they are making your company look bad. One time u guys had a big black brother working there and when he saw the amount of hens scratch I purchased he threw a temper tantrum, I asked him if he was OK and he just took a deep breath and shook his head...we all go thru things but you don't do this in front of a customer...that was uncalled for....Owner talk to your staff please!

Irving Feed Store and the team are fantastic. They helped us locate adult ducks for a local lake. We were extremely impressed with the care and love for the ducks that their team displayed. Irving Feed Store is a gem and we highly recommend them.
